Want to Hold You Forever...

It was then, when I was still  unmindful of what to do and  which to give priority, until I knew you, until I had a chance to mingle with you and until I realized the importance  of  your presence to me. It was then when I started craving for your presence. It was you who taught me to live with those things.

Each night when it’s time for me to go to bed, I prayed before Him that you won’t leave me alone, that you will never leave me every time I needed you. Your words, your presence are important to me. You are the most important things that ever happened and I have known since the day, we met and since the day we had a chance to experience each other’s presence.

You are important. Every time I am on this line, you are here with me. Chatting and laughing out loud each time we were there. I missed those times. But I knew you are doing more important things as of the moment, that’s why you can’t be with me. I have learned that we should set priorities and we should understand each other. Not at all times, we can have each other’s arm, we have to expand our wings and we should broaden our horizon. We can’t live alone, we can’t live with just the two of us and we need others, as well.

At this point in time, I realized that, each time I missed you, that’s the time also, I saw myself chatting, laughing and having a good conversation with others. Each time I craved for your presence, there are others who fulfilled my emptiness, my other friends, and colleagues as well are there for me. Before, I just saw you and I, but now, the word “you” becomes ours, us and theirs.  It’s nice to know, I saw somebody else who are willing to be with me and willing to spend some times for me, too. I have learned and realized, it is a must for us to expand ourselves for the betterment of, not just you but the both of us.

I just stopped, and thought for a while, things happened for a reasons. Whatever we had experienced are simply the realization of good things never lasts. It was just the memories that will keep our past and present bridged for our future. That, this future will keep us alive because we continuously believe that whatever happened today, it happened for a reason. Another is that, whoever was with us yesterday won’t be with us until the end. But still, they will be forever with us, even though they were not part of what we have right now, the most important things was that, they were with us before. Our experiences with them, either good or bad, will be forever with us until we find the most important person in our lives besides our families and friends.

Thank you anyway, but you are missed and hope to hold you forever, though it’s impossible.
